Monday: 12:30-3:00

do i qualify?

Location: Our goal is to serve those in need. If you live anywhere in Northwest Oklahoma and need food, you are welcome.

Income: We do follow the USDA income requirements. For 2026, the annual income guidelines are as follows*:

  • ​1 person - $15,650

  • 2 people - $21,150

  • 3 people - $26,650

  • 4 people - $32,150

Housing: If you are currently without your own place to live, please come by. We have resources that can help you in more ways than just food.

* Households larger than 4, please call for income guidelines. No one in need of food will be turned away regardless of income.

what to bring

On your first visit to the Hope Center, you'll need to bring*:

  • Your photo ID

All other visits to the Hope Center, you'll need to bring:

  • Your photo ID

  • Your key tag

* You will not be turned away on your first visit if you don't have a photo ID or utility bill.

what to expect

When you visit the Hope Center for the first time, be sure to have your photo ID* with you. Come in through the front door, sign in, and have a seat.
 
When your name is called, you'll be asked some questions about your household and given a key tag.
 
Then you'll be taken into the shopping area where one of our volunteers will assist you with your client-choice shopping experience.

After loading your groceries in your vehicle, please return your cart inside.

How often can i come?

Clients may visit the Hope Center once every 30 days per household.

While we understand that multiple people can share the same address, we encourage you to include everyone at your address in your household to ensure you get the proper amount of food. Two people living at the same address are not permitted to shop separately.

what about special diets?

While we don't cater to special diets, we do have a wide variety of foods for those with specific allergies, sensitivities, and dietary needs including some gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian foods.

Our client-choice shopping experience allows you to select the foods that fit your specific household needs.

Can someone pick up for me?
Yes, so long as they are part of your household.

Does weather affect pickup times?

Yes. Snow, ice, and severe weather may affect our ability to open the Hope Center. We want our volunteers and our clients to be safe out there. For inclement weather updates, check our Facebook.

Do holidays affect pickup times?
We close on all major holidays and sometimes the day after/before the holiday. For the most up-to-date holiday information, check our Facebook.

Do you deliver?
No, we do not deliver individual food boxes. However, our mobile unit serves different locations on a monthly basis. For the location of our most current mobile unit, visit our Facebook page.
